Sky Blue FC vs FC Gold Pride (part II)
In an interesting coincidence, we have opened our season against Chicago with a victory, then lost to FC Gold Pride, defeated new Chicago and, then lost to FC Gold Pride, 1-0), last Saturday night. AT the beginning of the week was in the 1940s and we were taking sweats in practice and game day was well in the 1990s
The sudden change does not bode well for someone that sweats as well as I (usually change t-shirts at halftime to prevent the first row of the fans leaving). I knew that it was going to be hot, so during the 48 hours up to the game I went in an intense hydration system. I have finished two quarts of water, loaded with electrolyte blend bottles and made several ice bath painful to make my muscles felt better possible. Meshes for recovery
About six months ago invested in a couple of recovery compression stockings. The idea is to compress the muscles to increase blood flow and help them heal and recovery more quickly and efficiently.No am sure if it is really physiological or mental, but these things are magic I took every second that I am not training and sleep every night.!Swear I can train eight hours a day, and then put in my recovery meshes and my legs are good as new.(If someone wants to donate a new recovery of full-body suit please I know!)
Smoothies
Recently I was in a frenzy of online shopping and one of my purchase was the Magic Bullet Blender.Makes smoothie making incredibly easy.I have been experimenting with different concoctions and I think my best so far includes frozen mixed berries, little Strawberry yogurt, banana and some orange juice.
I will be to try all the different mixtures, however, with balls of cucumber, squid and following tapioca in the list of "attempt" is a great snack for after practice or in a caluroso.Yo day I have been paying much attention to my diet because most adjust my training more I realize that the themes of each bit.Comer is well so important to recovery and maintain the high level of performance.
Surf hand
