Callup for young Red Bulls Player

John Agudelo is going to Europe.... No, not jumping ship from Red Bull at a new club, but as part of the U.s. u-20 national team.

Agudelo, 17, was signed by Red Bull of the Academy of development of the club. It is the second player signed by his Academy senior team.

Agudelo, a striker, will join the American 20-man for a number of friendly matches (against Senegal on May 18 and 20 may South Korea), and then for the international tournament team Cor Groenewegen in Uitgeest, the Netherlands, May 22-24.The American team is scheduled to leave for Europe on May 14, meaning Agudelo will not be available for at least two parties M.L.S. (against Seattle on May 15 and Columbus on May 20) and a friendly against Juventus on May 23.All three of the matches will be played at the Red Bull Arena in Harrison, N.J.

Agudelo, a skillful striker is 6 feet, 1 inch has yet to appear in a League match, but played in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup of Red Bulls, in Philadelphia, victory week pass. (two opponents of Philadelphia, Jack McInerney, and Amobi Okugo, are also in the list of United States for the trip to Europe) .and Coach Hans Backe said that plans to continue with the same line-up, composed of young players and bookings for the next game on Wednesday against New England Cup.
